175 to 300 delegates. The ICC Birmingham, part of the NEC Group, has launched a new all-inclusive Conference Access Package for clients organising meetings for 175 to 300 delegates. It has used feedback from clients who regularly hold events of this size to develop the new offering, which includes everything required to stage a successful conference at the purpose built venue for a fixed price.
The Conference Access Package includes: AV equipment and technicians, Bespoke event branding, Catering and exhibition, Meeting rooms, Parking and the ICC team. A total cost per head is provided at the time of enquiry making it easy to manage budgets and registration fees.
The new package aims to remove unnecessary stress from the event planning process for clients, and utilises the venue’s experienced in-house teams to ensure that every conference runs smoothly from start to finish. The new proposition uses the Quayside halls which overlook the canal to provide a dedicated area for each event, offering ample space for all your conference needs.

The offer is available for 2014 and 2015 bookings for events between 175 and 300 delegates that are booked by 31st March 2015.
