Finlandia Hall is the first conference and events venue in the Nordic countries to be awarded a four-star Recognised for Excellence rating. European Foundation for Quality Management presented the award to Finlandia Hall on December 1st, 2016 in recognition of the organisation’s commitment to a high quality approach across all its services and other operations. Under the assessment scheme, businesses representing a number of sectors are benchmarked and scored according to the EFQM quality criteria. In Finland, the awards have been available since 2011 and, to date, 14 businesses have been recognised for their work.
