The Arinex Group has appointed Jessica Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer of its flagship brand Arinex. The announcement coincides with the launch of the new creative agency fieldstate.

The leadership appointment follows a period of growth within The Arinex Group and the introduction of fieldstate. The new agency focuses on brand storytelling and experiential design for international clients. Ferguson previously led business development and marketing at Arinex and brings more than two decades of experience in conference organisation, incentive programmes and large scale event management. The group operates across Australia, New Zealand and Greater Asia and works with brands including Tesla, Mattel and ASICS.

Expansion of creative and technology portfolio

With the launch of fieldstate, The Arinex Group expands its network of specialised brands. The portfolio includes Arinex Live, Neoteq and evexus. According to the company, the expanded structure combines conference organisation, technical production, event technology and creative services within one group. In her new role Ferguson will lead the Arinex brand while working within the wider ecosystem of The Arinex Group as it continues to develop its presence in the international business events market.
