boe international returns under the theme „People. Events. Innovations.“ for its 2027 edition. The trade fair is aimed at professionals who plan, manage, or deliver events – from event agencies and service providers to those responsible for marketing, corporate communications, HR, and procurement at companies and organisations.

Broad Exhibition Portfolio

The exhibition covers event and exhibition construction, event equipment, EventTech and AV technology, event IT, event marketing and promotion, entertainment, locations and acts, catering, and other event services. Visitors can gain a market overview, compare solutions for trade fair participations, congresses, employee events, festivals, or brand experiences, and connect directly with potential partners for upcoming projects.

The exhibitor line-up continues to grow, with new and returning providers from Germany and abroad, according to the organisers.

Two Separate Evening Formats

A notable change concerns the evening events: the BrandEx Award, which recognises creative excellence and outstanding projects, will take place on January 19, 2027 – one day before the fair opens. The boe night, dedicated to networking and community, follows on the evening of the first trade fair day, January 20. Tickets for both evening events are expected to become available shortly.

Opening Hours and Tickets

boe international will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on January 20, 2027, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on January 21. Trade fair tickets can now be booked via the online ticket shop.
