Jenny Graham will retire this month after a nearly 24-year tenure at the Cairns Convention Centre, during which she held roles including Researcher, Director of Sales, and Bid Strategy Manager. Key achievements of her career include contributing to the Centre winning the AIPC World’s Best Congress Centre award twice, working with Nobel laureates and global researchers, and witnessing the completion of the Centre’s $176 million expansion.

Graham’s career began in Melbourne in advertising and media before moving into public relations and the not-for-profit sector. At the Cairns Convention Centre, she progressed through leadership roles, supported by ASM Global’s professional development initiatives.
