FERMA CEO Typhaine Beaupérin to step down in June

Typhaine Beaupérin will leave her roles as CEO and Secretary General of FERMA after more than nine years of leadership. The Federation has launched its succession planning process.

The Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) has announced that CEO and Secretary General Typhaine Beaupérin will step down in June. Appointed CEO in 2015 and Secretary General in 2019, Beaupérin has played a key role in advancing the associantion’s strategic agenda, strengthening its EU presence, and raising the profile of risk management across Europe.

Leadership transition after a decade of strategic impact

Beaupérin significantly enhanced FERMA’s influence in EU policymaking, notably through the development of its EU Policy Manifestos. She was instrumental in transforming the FERMA Risk Manager Survey into a global benchmark and strengthening community ties, as evidenced by the record-breaking FERMA Forum in Madrid. She also championed the rimap certification programme, cementing its reputation as an important standard in the field. The association will announce her successor in due course.
