Event agencies worldwide are invited to submit projects for the Heavent Awards 2026. The awards ceremony will take place on the 26th of March 2026 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. Eligible entries include events delivered in 2025 across nine categories. All submissions are evaluated exclusively by brand side marketing decision makers. Shortlisted projects receive international visibility within the live communication and event industry.

Heavent Awards headline programme of Heavent Meetings in Cannes

The Heavent Awards are the central highlight of Heavent Meetings. The trade show is expected to welcome more than 2,500 participants, including around 500 hosted buyers from event agencies and corporate organisations. The programme features pre arranged one to one meetings, business lunches and three networking evenings at selected venues in Cannes. Each shortlisted entry includes three nights of accommodation from the 24th to 27th of March 2026 and access to the awards ceremony for one agency representative and one client representative.
