The recognition is based on independently collected employee feedback and evaluates factors such as engagement, wellbeing, autonomy and sense of purpose in the workplace. According to IMEX, 97 % of employees said they would recommend the company as a place to work, while the same percentage stated they are proud to work for the organisation. All respondents expressed confidence in the company’s prospects over the next three years.

Award Based on Employee Feedback

IMEX employs 82 people at its headquarters in Brighton, UK and organises the trade shows IMEX Frankfurt and IMEX America, which bring together professionals from the global meetings and events industry. The latest recognition comes during the company’s 25th anniversary year and follows recent editions of its two flagship trade shows. The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards are powered by employee experience platform WorkL and are based on staff survey results rather than company submissions.
