Copenhagen will host the IRF European Thought Leader Summit from 9 to 11 February 2026. Now in its second year, the two-day experiential event is designed to foster collaboration, peer exchange, and in-depth discussion among senior professionals, offering participants access to current research and direct dialogue with industry experts.

IRF presents new research on the European incentive market

During the summit, the IRF will present research focused specifically on Europe, including findings on top-performing European companies, European data from the 2025 Incentive Travel Index, and the Industry Outlook for 2026 covering merchandise, gift cards, and event gifting. Hosted buyer registration includes hotel accommodation, meals, and a transportation stipend, with additional opportunities to attend as a partner supporting the event.
