Organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, the three-day ITB Asia 2025 conference will present curated content across three specialised stages — the Knowledge Theatre, the MICE Show Asia Theatre and the Travel Tech Asia Theatre. The programme aims to help the travel and tourism industry build greater agility and inclusivity, and to translate technological and sustainability trends into actionable strategies for businesses and destinations.

The conference opens with keynotes from Michael Shoory of Tourism Economics and Nick Lim of The Travel Corporation, who will address APAC demand trends and the evolving travel experience. With Sarah Wang (WTTC), Todd Handcock (Collinson) and Chew Hang Song (Frasers Hospitality) the Knowledge Theatre gathers executives to discuss growth drivers and traveller behaviour. The MICE Show Asia Theatre highlights meetings innovation with speakers such as Vishal Sawant and Sheryn Sethoe (ATPI) and Eugene Ng (Jack Morton Worldwide). The Travel Tech Asia Theatre focuses on technology trends with contributions from Masahiro Yamashita (KAYAK), Scott Krivokopich (1982 Ventures) and Léa Vernet (D-EDGE).
