Erin Fuller, formerly MCI USA Chief Strategy Officer, has been appointed Global Head of Association Solutions. Laurence Julliard, previously serving as Strategic Account Director at MCI, is now Global Head of Client Solutions for the corporate sector.

Key Appointments and Strategic Transformation

Erin Fuller will expand her responsibilities to include the development of thought leadership initiatives and strategies tailored for association clients, drawing on over 20 years of experience in event management, business planning, advocacy, and community building. Laurence Julliard will lead global and regional client pitches, manage cross-office service teams, and apply proprietary frameworks to enhance client engagement in areas including digital transformation, AI, and cybersecurity.

Both leaders will collaborate with Chief Strategy Officer Oscar Cerezales to implement innovative strategies that drive client success. mci group CEO Sebastien Tondeur commented that these appointments underscore the company’s commitment to growth and client impact. The company also acknowledged the contributions of Cathie Cusin and Nikki Walker, with Nikki transitioning to a part-time role as a strategic advisor consultant during the leadership transition.
