Hosted by the MIA, the event at Hilton Liverpool City Centre on 7 November 2024 will bring together industry leaders through expert-led discussions.

Keynote speaker Katie King, an AI strategist, will explore how AI can transform the industry. Behavioral scientist Lea Karam will then discuss how understanding human complexities can lead to healthier business outcomes.

Futurist Simon Stenning will present the latest trends in food service, followed by a motivational session with Professor Paul McGee. The day will also include a panel on the future workforce, moderated by Shonali Devereux, and will conclude with insights on sustainable event planning.

The miaSummit 2024 will take place from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, followed by the miaList awards ceremony at the Hilton Liverpool City Centre on the evening of 7 November.
