MICE Show Asia 2026 will take place from 21 to 23 October 2026 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore. The event targets destinations, venues, MICE suppliers, meeting planners, corporate travel professionals and buyers looking to build partnerships and explore business opportunities across Asia Pacific.

The significant increase in exhibition space reflects continued demand for business events opportunities in the region, according to the organisers. Changing expectations around destinations, event experiences, flexibility, technology, sustainability and the growing importance of measurable outcomes are driving this growth.

Growing marketplace with a focused buyer community

Confirmed exhibitors include Ayana, Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Liberty International Tourism Group, Sapporo Convention Bureau, Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, Uganda Convention Bureau and Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, among others.

On the buyer side, more than 200 MICE buyers have registered to date. Among them are representatives from organisations such as Amex GBT, ConferenceDirect, HelmsBriscoe, K.I.T. Group APAC, the World Association for Medical Law and the World Psychiatric Association.

„Buyer expectations are changing, with greater emphasis on measurable outcomes, meaningful experiences and value from meetings and events. At the same time, suppliers need relevant opportunities to connect with decision-makers and understand where the market is heading,“ said Darren Seah, Executive Director, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific.

New programme formats for networking and professional development

The show is expanding its programme with several MICE-focused activities. A new Association Executive Networking Session has been added to facilitate exchange among association professionals. The Pinnacle Partners Experience returns, and the Global MICE Collaborative will offer a MICE Fundamentals Workshop. These formats are designed to complement the business matching programme with additional opportunities for knowledge exchange and professional development.
