The new destination profile at is the latest tool helping meeting professionals easily find the best locations for their meetings. aggregates all the best convention and visitor bureaus (CVBs, also called destination marketing organizations or DMOs) into a single, free web portal where planners can search, find, and compare destinations, and then submit just one RFP to all the destinations that meet their needs.
The new destination profile provides easy navigation, granting planners instant access to:

- Enhanced mapping feature; helping planners compare destinations and demystify the hotel locations in relation to other key geographical points
- Destination services checklists - providing planners a straightforward list of services provided by specific CVBs that save planners time and money
- Current contact information for the local destination expert, and
- Destination news section

In a free webinar, meeting planners will hear first-hand from their peer, Dawn Norman, President of NormanD Productions, on how she saves time and money working with the new features of and leveraging the knowledge and services of a local expert. Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI) is hosting the 30-minute webinar, "Finding the Right Location for Your Meeting" on Thursday, September 8 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
