During 2025, RCP London Events exceeded its annual revenue target by 11 % and recorded year on year growth in new business for events with more than 150 attendees. According to the organisation, new business income increased by 38 % compared with the full year 2024, while repeat business accounted for 38 % of all confirmed events.

Event volume, innovation and operational developments

In total, RCP London Events hosted 355 events and 38,405 delegates during 2025. The venue also reported a conversion rate of 21 %, compared with an industry benchmark of 16 %. During the year, the organisation introduced new technical and event service offerings, including an immersive projection package and additional audiovisual services delivered by its in house team. RCP London Events also received three industry awards in 2025, including Gold for Best Conference or Event Venue up to 500 theatre style at the Conference and Event Awards and Silver for Best Venue Customer Service.
