SITE, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, has appointed Cvent as its Official Event Technology Partner through 2028. The agreement covers SITE’s internationally recognized events and establishes Cvent as the exclusive provider of event technology solutions. “SITE’s events bring our global community together to learn, connect, and experience the power of incentive travel,” said Annette Gregg, CEO, SITE. “By partnering with Cvent, we’re evolving the way we design and deliver those experiences.”

Event Technology Partnership Across SITE’s Global Events

Under the partnership, Cvent will work with the SITE events team to support registration, mobile applications, on-site check-in, audience engagement, and post-event data analysis. The collaboration is intended to ensure consistent event processes and structured data collection before, during, and after events. Cvent technology will be deployed across key SITE events, including the SITE Global Conference, SITE Incentive Summit Americas, SITE Incentive Summit, SITE Classic, SITE NITE Europe and North America, and the SITE Young Leaders Conferences in Europe and North America. Shared objectives of the partnership include responsible resource use, the integration of digital and in person elements, and attendee focused event design across SITE’s global portfolio.
