The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has announced the keynote and education programme for SITE Global Conference 2026, to be held at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal.

SITE has confirmed James Taylor, award-winning keynote speaker, author and advisor on creativity, innovation and artificial intelligence, as the conference keynote. Annette Gregg, CEO of SITE, said the programme is designed to address current industry realities: evolving client expectations, responsible use of technology, wellbeing, sustainability and demonstrable return on investment.

Across keynotes, workshops and sprint sessions, delegates will examine topics including artificial intelligence, business strategy, sustainability, wellness, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), and community impact. Confirmed sessions include:
