With over 15 years of experience, Serracarbassa has played a key role in driving collaboration and advancing sustainability within the sector. She led the BEFuture project, the first EU Commission-funded initiative to address the alignment of the business events sector with Sustainable Development Goals. The project involves stakeholders from seven European countries and focuses on resilience, inclusion, and sustainability.
