The Meetings Show 2026 is preparing to bring together thousands of meetings, incentives and events professionals in London. The event will take place at Excel London on 24 and 25 June and feature exhibitors, destinations, education sessions and networking opportunities.

Now in its 14th year, The Meetings Show is expected to welcome almost 6,000 industry professionals, more than 550 exhibitors and representatives from over 80 destinations worldwide. The exhibition will be officially opened by Martin Rhodes MP, Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Events. Across two days, attendees will have access to business meetings, educational content and networking formats designed for event professionals.

The 2026 education programme includes 63 sessions across three stages, covering topics such as sustainability, neuroinclusion, leadership, artificial intelligence and the future of events. Speakers include Emma Henderson MBE, John Vincent MBE, Dr. Graham Norris and David Osgathorp. The programme also features the return of The Reckoning, a debate examining the impact of AI on the events sector. Alongside the education content, buyers will be able to meet destinations, venues, hotels and suppliers from around the world, including both established and first-time exhibitors. New accessibility measures include an on-site crèche, wellbeing spaces and AI-powered live captioning. Hosted buyers will also have access to dedicated masterclasses and networking events ahead of the show.
