Travel Tech Asia 2025 brings the regional travel technology community together at Level 1, Hall B of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre from 15 to 17 October. Organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific and co-located with ITB Asia and MICE Show Asia, the event provides a forum for suppliers, buyers and investors to demonstrate solutions, evaluate partnerships and discuss operational and commercial trends affecting the travel sector.

Exhibitors, buyers and conference highlights

Conference sessions address practical and strategic topics: the Tech Leaders’ Panel on digital innovation; panels on the impact and real-world applications of AI in travel (moderated by Kei Shibata, with speakers including Max Martin, Linda Adami, Apichai Sakulsureeyadej and Jeff Kim); a session on smarter flight distribution and NDC (featuring Demi Kavaratzis); hotel-focused AI case studies from Andrew Smith of Agoda; and a C-Suite discussion on venture capital in travel tech led by Scott Krivokopich. An RSVP-only Happy Hour for exhibitors, buyers and speakers will be held at the Buyers Lounge on 15 October (17:00–18:00).
