Warsaw has improved its position in the latest ICCA Country & City Rankings 2025, strengthening its role as a destination for international meetings, conferences and major events. The city is also preparing to host the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2026.

Warsaw continues to expand its presence in the global meetings industry. According to the ICCA GlobeWatch: Business Analytics – Country & City Rankings 2025, the Polish capital has entered the top 20 meeting destinations in Europe. The result reflects the city’s growing appeal for international association meetings and business events. Further international visibility is expected in June 2026 when Warsaw hosts the FIBA 3×3 World Cup, welcoming 40 national teams and thousands of visitors to the city centre around the Palace of Culture and Science.

Warsaw Expands Business Events Offering with Venues, Hotels and Local Partners

The city’s meetings ecosystem combines conference infrastructure, accommodation and destination services. Key venues include the Palace of Culture and Science, one of Warsaw’s best-known landmarks and a major congress venue. Hotel options include properties such as Ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum and Hotel Windsor, which offer accommodation and meeting facilities for business events. The destination is further supported by a network of local partners, including destination management companies, transport providers and experience specialists. Social programme options range from the Warsaw Rising Museum and the Warsaw Zoological Garden to the Polish Vodka Museum and the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Museum. Together, these assets contribute to Warsaw’s positioning as a destination for international meetings, incentives, conferences and events.
