UK. WorldEvents™ announces the launch of an office in Hong Kong. Its entry into the Asian market will be spearheaded by Rebecca Lim who has been recruited by the agency. Rebecca is an event professional with extensive experience of working in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. Prior to joining WorldEvents™, Rebecca worked with Jack Morton and Saatchi & Saatchi with a number of national and international clients.

Commenting on the initiative Graham Keene, Group Executive Chairman, said ‘We are extremely pleased to continue our global development by establishing a presence in Asia. This represents a real step forward for us in our development as a business. The Asian market is going to become increasingly important in the years ahead and it is vital we are able to take advantage of the growing opportunity.’

Rebecca Lim said, ‘I am delighted to be joining WorldEvents™ I am very excited by their vision and strategy and the potential we have in the Asian market. I attended their company conference in July and really got to know them well. I have the back up of a large team who will support me in the development of the business here.’

The company will be looking to develop business with its existing clients and other multi-national businesses who are increasingly looking for a seamless service for the delivery of their events. WorldEvents™ will utilize team members local to where events take place to maximize efficiencies from a cost and carbon footprint perspective. The company already has some projects under discussion with potential clients. www.worldevents.com
