Trade and Education. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is the venue for the coming Asian Attractions Expo that takes place from 5-8 June, 2012. More than 4,500 buyers and sellers from around the world will participate in the Asian Attractions Expo (AAE) 2012. The sold out trade show floor is open 6-8 June. The main conference will take place 5-8 June; however, some education programming will begin 3 June. Industry professionals interested in attending AAE 2012 can register in advance or on site. The event is owned and operated by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and will take place at the HKCEC. Covering more than 6,000 square meters, the AAE 2012 exhibit floor will be the largest trade show IAAPA has ever hosted in Asia. Approximately 275 manufacturer and supplier companies from 30 countries will display the latest innovations, services, and products in more than 100 categories, including amusement and theme park rides, architectural and design services, food and beverage products and services, hightech equipment and more.
