Riga. From this year on the Latvian economics ministry will co-operate with the city of Riga and Riga Convention Bureau. Alongside a tripled budget, this public-private partnership model is to make Riga more competitive on the meetings market. Riga Convention Bureau recently succeeded DMC Inspiration Riga. It is an alliance of 24 companies in Riga and Jurmala and the most important PCOs and meeting providers.
