The Summer School took place in Brno, Czech Republic, from August 27-31, where CityDNA welcomed 34 professionals from 24 destinations. The comprehensive educational programme addressed key industry topics, including sustainability, client engagement, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the meetings and business events sector. Participants were able to join expert-led workshops and networking opportunities, in order to maintain both professional growth and collaboration within the industry.

Focus on Sustainable Growth and Industry Trends

Led by Course Director Dennis Speet, Managing Director of the Amsterdam Convention Bureau, the programme combined foundational knowledge with current industry trends, such as equity, diversity, and inclusion. Industry leaders provided insights into developing international meetings, positioning participants to make contributions to the evolving meetings industry.
