Tenerife. Recently Magma Arte & Congresos convention centre opened in the south of Tenerife. 30 million euros were spent on the avant-garde building by architects Artengo, Menis and Pastrana. Its 12,000 sqm of space offer capacities for 4,000 people. The ground floor auditorium has 2,500 seats on a space of 2,840 sqm but allows for flexible partitioning. Also on the ground floor there is a 1,219-sqm ballroom, while the first floor boasts a partitionable 1,865-sqm hall.
