Copenhagen’s new congress center Tivoli Congress Center and theme hotel Tivoli Hotel with 396 rooms has opened on a central location on Kalvebod Brygge in Copenhagen.
The congress center has already held several large events ranging from Kursuslex’s “Eventdagen” with over 100 exhibitors and 700 visitors to the TV3 broadcast fundraising show “Breast Gala 2010” organized by the Danish Cancer Society. In addition to serious stories and features about cancer the show offered live performances by Tina Dickow, Alphabeat and Carpark North.
In collaboration with architect Kim Utzon and Tivoli Gardens’ design team, Arp-Hansen Hotel Group has build and designed this exciting edifice, which besides a vast Congress Hall accommodating up to 2,500 delegates, boasts 2 superb auditoria with seating capacity of 200 and 400, respectively, along with a total of 20 larger and smaller conference and meeting rooms catering for groups of 6 to 180.
A state-of-art business center, a restaurant and up on the 12th floor a sky bar & sushi restaurant run by the critically acclaimed Sticks’N’Sushi, from where guests can take in stunning views out over the city and the waterfront. These are just a few of the added extras at Tivoli Congress Center. Tivoli Hotel next door offers visitors to the city 396 superbly furnished, modern guest rooms with delightful, panoramic views of the Danish capital.
