Cvent Accelerate Berlin returns to the Estrel Berlin on Tuesday 23 September 2025 with a day-long programme aimed at event, marketing and hospitality professionals from the DACH region. Organiser Cvent anticipates a threefold increase in attendance, reflecting demand for smaller, regional forums. The agenda comprises more than 20 sessions and over 15 external speakers alongside senior Cvent leaders, and includes presentations by Colja Dams (VOK DAMS) on digital doppelgängers, and a joint session from Matthias Schultze (GCB) and Dr. Stefan Rief (Fraunhofer IAO) on generational change, digitalisation and AI in the events sector.

Agenda, AI and event-technology highlights at Estrel Berlin

The conference will feature an opening and closing keynote by Andreas Heckmann (Cvent), sessions on AI and hospitality innovation, panels on event KPIs and travel performance, and practical Tech Tours, including Q&A clinics, business travel strategy briefings and demonstrations of CventIQ™ AI capabilities. Sessions will be delivered primarily in German with live captioning in English and German provided by Wordly. The event is free to attend and open to MICE industry professionals, hoteliers and marketers, with registration still available.
