As the holy month approaches, Exhibition World Bahrain is preparing for a significant increase in corporate Ramadan bookings. The venue has positioned its pre-function areas and the Grand Hall at the centre of this year’s programme. The pre-function spaces host up to 300 guests, while the Grand Hall provides banqueting capacity for up to 2,000 attendees. Additional exhibition halls and flexible event spaces enable substantially larger gatherings. Curated décor and ambient enhancements are incorporated to reflect the traditions and atmosphere of Ramadan.

Integrated catering and large scale service capacity

A key component of the Ramadan offering is the venue’s in-house catering operation, supported by a 3,600 square metre production kitchen, the largest commercial kitchen in Bahrain. Menus are developed by the culinary team and include Bahraini and Arabic specialities alongside Mediterranean, Asian and international options. With an operational capacity of up to 10,000 guests per day, standardized recipes, streamlined production systems and experienced banquet teams support consistent service delivery for high volume events.
