This October, Google Xi will bring its renowned CoLaboratory back to IMEX America, delivering a series of hands-on workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities. Co-created with industry disruptors, these sessions will highlight key themes like inclusion, belonging, and the power of conversation. Megan Henshall, Strategic Solutions Lead, Global Events at Google says: “What we have planned for IMEX this year is audacious. I can’t wait for people to interact with the amazing thinkers and change-makers we’re bringing with us, and I’m so curious about what we’ll see, hear and learn from mixing Xi with IMEX in new ways!”

Showcasing the Belonging Playbook and Neuroinclusive Networking

A highlight of this year’s CoLaboratory will be the debut of the Belonging Playbook, a comprehensive toolkit developed by Storycraft Lab and Valuegraphics. Grounded in research from Harvard Business Review, the Playbook reveals how cultivating a sense of belonging can drastically improve workplace performance, retention, and well-being. Attendees will get a look at these new design tools and learn practical strategies for integrating them into their own events.

Google Xi will also expand the conversation around neurodiversity through The Neu Project. This initiative offers a neuroinclusive networking experience, designed specifically for neurodivergent professionals, in partnership with Divergent Convergent. Additional features like the Resilience Room will provide calm and restorative spaces to ensure all attendees feel supported at the event.

IMEX America 2024 takes place at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, and opens with Smart Monday, powered by MPI on Monday October 7, followed by the three-day trade show October 8-10.
