The two-year Memorandum of Understanding establishes a structured framework for collaboration between the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers and PCMA. It is designed to support professionalism, knowledge development and long-term capability building within the global business events industry through coordinated initiatives.

Joint Framework for Education, Research and Emerging Leaders

Under the agreement, both organisations will deliver a defined programme of reciprocal and joint activities. These include the exchange of thought leadership through senior-level participation at flagship events, shared access to online education resources for members, and one collaborative research project per year focused on next-generation talent or public policy affecting the industry. Additional elements include joint initiatives for students and emerging leaders, as well as at least one co-developed educational session annually at a major international industry trade show.
