IBTM Ignite will bring over 100 start-ups to IBTM World 2025 to present emerging products and services to industry advisors and investors. The programme, organised as part of IBTM World and run in partnership with BEFuture, is intended to provide start-ups with exposure to a targeted audience of roughly 30 experienced industry advisors and potential investors and to create practical pathways for mentoring, feedback and commercial development at the Fira de Barcelona event.
Start-up formats, mentorship and investor matchmaking at IBTM Ignite
IBTM Ignite comprises three principal formats: the Future Stage (30 lightning talks by emerging innovators followed by investor feedback); the BEFuture Pavilion (dedicated show-floor space for 30 start-ups to demo to investors and delegates); and the Ignite Lounge (informal day-two setting for one-to-one investor meetings and expert clinics on marketing, financial planning, fundraising and sales). The programme will cover sectors including event technology, sustainability, new event agency concepts and inclusive talent sourcing.
