IBTM has introduced a new program called Exceptional Experiences for its IBTM World event in Barcelona from November 19-21. This initiative, developed to address the challenges faced by in-house event professionals and marketers, aims to showcase innovative strategies for creating impactful event experiences.
The program was launched at a pop-up event during Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, featuring industry leaders such as Jimmy Knowles from Canva, Judy Lee from Pinterest, Shauna Little from The Washington Post, and Claudia Hall from IBTM World. The session highlighted exceptional concepts and activations and discussed ways to foster community and build lasting partnerships while addressing challenges like using AI to increase efficiency without compromising event authenticity.
Exceptional Experiences, building on the success of the 2023 corporate event marketers program, will feature an exclusive invite-only workshop for senior executives and influential leaders on November 19, 2024. The following day, November 20, will host the Exceptional Experiences Forum on the Main Stage, offering educational sessions on AI and technology, community building, and creating lasting positive impacts.
