The 12th India Association Congress assembled senior association executives and sectoral leaders to reaffirm the strategic role of professional and trade associations in India’s socio-economic development. Over the course of the day, delegates explored how associations act as conveners, standards-setters and engines of workforce readiness in an environment of rapid technological and economic change, while forging collaborative strategies to broaden economic inclusion across industries.
Associations driving inclusive economic growth, digital transformation and leadership
The Congress programme featured keynote addresses, panel discussions and practical workshops on topics including advocacy, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainable practices and 21st-century leadership.
Prasant Saha, Chairman of India Association Congress, emphasised collective action: “An association’s strength lies in its unity. We move faster and further when we move together,” noting the forum’s role in shaping partnerships and strategies that ensure India’s growth benefits every industry.
Dr Ashok Gupta, Executive Director of the International Neonatology Association, underlined the Congress’s cross-sector reach: “By uniting leaders from diverse sectors—from technology and healthcare to manufacturing and agriculture, we can create an inclusive society.”
