KLCCBEA, in collaboration with KLCC Holdings and Urbanice Malaysia, formally opened Sustainable September 2025 at an event officiated by the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, YBhg Datuk Dato’ Seri TPr. (Dr.) Maimunah Mohd Sharif. The campaign, now in its third year, is themed “Liveable and Lovable Precinct” to align with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur’s (DBKL) vision. It is intended to advance environmental health and community wellbeing across the KLCC Precinct. The launch programme at KLCC Park comprised a morning fun run, a tree-planting ceremony and a Zumba session.

Liveable and Lovable Precinct — activities, partners and targets

Sustainable September 2025 includes a precinct-wide fundraising initiative offering experiences and packages across participating properties, with a fundraising target of RM30,000 for a selected charitable cause. A collaboration with the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) will deliver 48 new trees at KLCC Park this September as part of the national Kempen Penanaman 100 Juta Pokok.
