In line with its governance rules, Meeting Needs’ Board welcomed Corgan—a committee member for nine years and Vice-Chair for six—into the top role as Parnham steps down. During his tenure, Parnham oversaw the repositioning of Meeting Needs as a foundation, the establishment of specialist committees, and the raising of approximately £ 250,000 for charities. He will remain on the committee to support the transition.

At the Spencer House event, attendees learned how funds have been allocated to projects such as vehicle support for Ukraine aid convoys, classroom refurbishment in Zimbabwe, healthy meals for London’s food-insecure, and community farming and respite breaks for vulnerable children. New Chair Lene Corgan expressed her commitment to building on these achievements and driving Meeting Needs’ mission forward.
