The unit provides a range of services covering all stages of event organization. These include connections to venues and local suppliers, assistance in identifying hotels, PCOs, and DMCs, and support for site inspections and stakeholder coordination. It also offers promotional materials, bid preparation assistance, and links to academic and industry networks. All services are provided free of charge. In addition, the Sofia Event Planners’ Guide, introduced in 2025, remains available as a digital and printed resource with structured information on venues, infrastructure, and event conditions in Sofia.
