To take advantage of the offer, planners have to send their RFP to the Convention Bureau and their event has to significantly occupy the Grimaldi Forum Monaco. Furthermore they are to book a minimum of 1.200 room nights during a minimum of two consecutive nights in at least two hotels located in the Principality. If these requirements are met, the partners can offer certain benefits. Among other, this can mean special rates in the hotels starting from 150 Euro in the 3 star category. Furthermore 35% discount on roundtrip airport bus transfers are possible or complimentary welcome cocktails for all participants, free return transfers between hotels and the venue of the gala evening in the Principality or an “exclusive Privileges” booklet, for exclusive added values in museums, tourist attractions and participating restaurants and shops. Furthermore the Grimaldi Forum offers 10% discount on meeting space rental, complimentary Organiser’s offices, complimentary first coffee break or free access for all participants to public transport in the Principality.
