Asia. As cim Australia reports, free meetings are being offered for groups booking accommodation at Regal Hotels throughout Asia. Terms and conditions apply, with a minimum of 10 room bookings materialising before December 31, 2009. A free suite will be granted to organisers booking 20 rooms or more.

The hotel also offers value-added benefits for C&I group organisers, depending on group size, including airport transfers (for organiser and VIPs), group check-in and check-out with refreshment and hot towel service, free in-room internet access (for organiser/VIPs), free local phone calls, late check-out (for organiser/VIPs), daily turn- down pillow gift, complimentary breakfast, free massage for organiser, evening cocktails and canapés, tea/coffee throughout day, complimentary upgrade themed refreshment break, dedicated event service manager, complimentary secretary room, free computer with internet access, stationery kit (for organiser/VIPs), complimentary packing service and room upgrades.
