Expansion: Helmsbriscoe adds 1000th Associate

Scottsdale, USA. The announcement was made from the company’s Global Forum, recently held in Malta, which offered training, workshops and networking opportunities for hundreds of associates, suppliers and partners.

The firm unveiled technology advancements at the Forum that will enable associates to more quickly respond to customer needs and expedite communications with partner hotels. Specifically, Helmsbriscoe Insite is a proprietary database that includes the documented experiences of associates and clients with destinations and hotels. New improvements to the system include filters that will allow associates to narrow search results, the ability to post video of properties and experiences for other associates to view, and an improved look and feel.
