London. Great Hotels of the World, the London-based hotel sales and marketing alliance has launched a new RFP tool on its website. The new tool will make it easier and quicker for meeting planners to complete the RFP process as well as being more user-friendly.
John Clarke, Director of Sales & Marketing at Great Hotels comments, Previously the RFP form on the website was difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. It didn’t interact well with today’s buyer and it was too time-consuming. But now we have made the RFP process much smoother and quicker, making it easier for buyers to do business with us.”
John Clarke continues, “The new RFP tool will allow us to streamline the RFP process and take away the unnecessary form filling which can be so time consuming. It allows for briefs to be uploaded so planners do not have to repeat themselves. We have had some great feedback since we launched the new tool earlier this week.”
