FAM trip. The project was organized by the Congress Department of the CNTB (Croatia National Tourist Board) in cooperation with the Zagreb Tourist Board and the Zagreb Convention Bureau, the Kvarner Tourist Board, the Opatija Convention Bureau and the Istria Tourist Board. tmf dialogue, a PR and community networking agency specializing in business tourism was also participating in the project. tmf’s services have been used to bring and select quality customers and report about MICE business in Croatia.
In a compact program, during organized networking gatherings, the foreign meeting and event planners had the opportunity to meet a number of members of the Croatian domestic congress industry. The aim of the project was to present Croatian congress capacities, Incentive opportunities and Croatia as an attractive team building destination, but also to create new connections and business opportunities. All participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the MICE infrastructure, partners and ideas and also the most important sights of Zagreb, Istria and Kvarner.
Ten foreign meeting planners were participating in the project, with 22 local industry from the Zagreb area and ten supplier participants from the Kvarner area.
