He gained professional experience with private hotel groups, joint ventures, start-ups or listed companies, among others.
Before joining Kempinski Hotels, Sentuerk was most recently Chief People Officer at Pure Data Centres, a private equity-backed start-up in London. Here, his role was to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery and to improve the internal management process with a strong focus on employees and quality.
