Polish exhibitors at the 17th Conventa trade show, held from 18 to 20 February 2025, included destination management companies, convention bureaus, hotel chains, and a congress venue. The Poland Convention Bureau also maintained a full schedule of business meetings, reflecting proactive engagement throughout the event.

Poland received four Meetings Star Awards: Warsaw was named Best Destination in New Europe; Lublin Conference Centre earned the Best Boutique Conference Venue; Nobu Hotel Warsaw was awarded Best Creative Venue; and The Bridge Wrocław – MGallery (Accor) was recognized as the Most Sustainable Venue. These outcomes highlight Poland’s solid performance and increasing importance in the MICE sector.
