AIPC. The Association Internationale des Palais des Congr?s has just published the AIPC Guide to Developing and Implementing Quality Standards for Congress Centres. The publication identifies areas where quality standards are necessary and offers advice on how to develop them: “Standards must be adaptable to a wide variety of facility types, ages and configurations. Centres should not be encouraged to adopt a one size fits all format.” www.aipc.org
