INCON presented the Seoul Tourism Organization as its new Destination Partner at IMEX Frankfurt. The strategic collaboration was signed by Mr Dohwi Kwak from Seoul Tourism Organization and Nicola McGrane, Chair of INCON and CEO of Conference Partners International. Partners from around the world celebrated the launch of the cooperation at a traditional Korean Chimaek reception.

Collaboration with Global Network

Through the partnership, Seoul Tourism Organization will work closely with INCON’s global network of congress organizers and association management specialists. The aim is to build new relationships and position Seoul as a venue for international congresses. INCON expressed its gratitude to its partner in Korea, Sungmin Hwang, CEO of OPENER, for facilitating the collaboration.

Seoul as Leading MICE Destination

Seoul has established itself as an international congress destination, combining modern convention infrastructure, excellent accessibility and cultural heritage. First Initiatives and Visit to Seoul

An INCON visit to Seoul will take place in August, where representatives from across the network will experience the city’s convention infrastructure, venues and cultural attractions. The partnership will also include business development activities, destination-focused content and the sharing of market insights to connect Seoul with international associations and congress organizers.
