Chicago/Reykjavic. Site Academy for Young Leaders held 26-29 July in Reykjavik, Iceland continued its rich tradition of investing in the leaders of tomorrow, bringing together the next generation of professionals in the motivational experiences industry for an incomparable learning event in an exciting and energetic destination.
Young Leaders from across the world came together to learn, network and make lasting connections with other young professionals seeking to unleash their potential in the motivational experiences industry. Engaged by the stimulating learning environment, 2009 Site President, Patrick Sullivan said, “I’m always energized after spending time with this brilliant group of young professionals.”
The event theme “Together, Learning for Tomorrow” was materialized through an impactful educational platform which included insights from top industry experts on the evolution of the industry and trends, understanding and working with different personality types, relationship marketing, and building a professional image in a digital space. CEO, Brenda Anderson stated, “Interacting with Site Young Leaders is a breath of fresh air. They are focused, inquisitive and very talented. As our industry evolves, their creativity as future leaders will be pivotal to our industry’s long term vibrancy.”
Committed to fostering educational and professional growth, Site International Foundation awarded the Site Academy 2009 scholarship to seven young professionals, providing them with the opportunity to attend the 2009 Academy.
