Vienna. 1,200 trade visitors attended the first Event Inside at Austria Centre Vienna. The organiser duo Katja Oeller-Babitsch, head of Firmenevents.at and Peter Jöbstl, director of Das Hammerwerk agency, designed the event as an experience. The 50 exhibitors were to showcase their services and not just exhibit them. “The next fair in late January 2007 will be twice as large as the first,” explains Oeller-Babitsch. “The guiding principle remains: Event Inside, an industry stages itself.” www.eventinside.at
