Funding criteria and priority sectors
Applications are assessed primarily based on international delegate participation days, accounting for 90% of the evaluation, while the conference topic contributes 10%. Tallinn prioritises events aligned with sectors such as digital solutions and artificial intelligence, defence, education, start-ups, clean technology, health technology and smart city development. Application rounds for 2026 are scheduled for 6 April, 25 May and 28 September. Organisers can receive support during the application process from professional conference organisers including Publicon, Conference Masters and Conference Expert.
