Thynk, a provider of commercial management solutions for the hospitality sector, and Cvent, a leader in meetings and event technology, have announced a partnership aimed at enhancing MICE sales processes for hotels and venues. The collaboration will integrate Thynk’s Salesforce-based CRM with three key Cvent tools: the Cvent Supplier Network, Smart Custom Proposals, and Cvent Event Diagramming. This integration is designed to support a seamless flow of information, enabling sales teams to handle requests for proposals (RFPs) more efficiently, simplify event planning, and provide a more consistent, data-driven sales approach.

The combined solution aims to reduce manual tasks for sales teams, allowing more focus on strategic sales activities. The integration offers standardized lead management processes and customizable tools to ensure consistent data quality. An initial pilot phase is planned by year-end, with Postillion Hotels participating as the first customer.
